The Best Training Method to use For Stroke & Aim Training
. Place a target ( hole reinforcement sticker ) on a wall away from the
long end of your pool table . Now place the cue ball anywhere on the pool table & aim through the cue ball at that spot
on the wall . Rotate the cue so that the red laser line on the wall in front of you is verticial ( straight up and down
). Now as you take your practice strokes you can easily see how much your stroking arm is moving from side to side and
whether you are twisting the cue in your grip .At the same time you can also see if you are aiming the cue ball
at the center of the dot , if not try changing the way you are standing , is your dominate eye ,or eye's centered
